Delivery and Return Policy

DELIVERY ZERO WASTE DELIVERY

In line with our approach and our values, our products are sent in REPACK packaging. They are reusable and reduce carbon footprint by 80% compared to a cardboard package.

DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS

We are in partnership with the Colissimo services of LaPoste which ensures the delivery of our packages. Our average delivery times are 2 to 5 working days except when the time is specified in the product description. If your order is located outside France, you must allow a few additional days before receiving the package. Delivery costs are FREE for all orders in mainland France above €100.00 . For orders abroad, an additional delivery cost must be expected. The delivery costs are €5.00 for everything as in mainland France for a Colissimo at home without signature.

RETURNS

To return a product, please follow the following instructions:

1. Send us an email to the following address: hello@rodeopacks.com with the information indicated below. We will tell you the postal address to which you must return the product.

2. The package must be adequate to protect the items during transportation. Please note, we will refuse any damaged, worn, damaged or incomplete item (labels and original packaging required).

3. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your package has been received by our team.
